TITLE |
POSITION REQUIREMENTS |
Behavior Health Technician (BHT) |
- Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma; or
- Certification as a registered behavior technician (RBT) which is a certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board;

Behavior Consultant (BC) |
- Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or related field;
- No licensure required;
|
Mobile Therapist (MT) |
- Graduate degree with 9+ credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or related field with (a clinical or mental health direct service practicum) or (1+ years of full-time experience providing mental health services to children or adolescents); or
- Licensed as a social worker or behavior specialist with (a clinical or mental health direct service practicum); or
- Licensed psychologist, professional counselor, marriage & family therapist, or clinical social worker;

Behavior Consultant – ABA (BC-ABA) |
- Licensed psychologist (LP), professional counselor (LPC), marriage and family therapist (LMFT), clinical social worker (LCSW), social worker (LSW), behavior specialist (BSL), or certified registered nurse;
-> To work with ABA clients, a BSL or LSW must be obtained;
-> 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services required;

Behavior Analyst (BA) |
- Graduate degree in ABA or other approved degree;
- Have a certification as a BCBA or another graduate-level certification in behavior analysis from an accredited agency;

|
Mobile Mental Health Therapist |
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Experience with adults in home/community setting preferred.
- Trauma-informed background preferred.

Outpatient Therapist |
- The psychiatric outpatient therapist must be a Mental Health Professional trained in a recognized discipline which could include psychology, social work, psychiatry, nursing, rehabilitation, activity therapies or a related field. The therapist must possess a graduate degree and have a minimum of two year’s experience in providing therapy, individual or group, to individuals with a mental health diagnosis in an outpatient setting.

Licensed Outpatient Therapist |
- Part time or Full time position available for an Outpatient therapist who is licensed and credentialed.
|
Psychologist |
- Psychologist licensed in the State of Pennsylvania.
|
Psychiatrist |
- Board Certified Child Psychiatrist licensed in the State of Pennsylvania as well as a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist
|
Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner |
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of PA
|
|
|
Senior Care Positions |
- Personal care workers, personal assistance staff, companions, respite and counselors.
